Film released of the ‘Merrie Wives of St Ives Day’, organised as part of OuseFest 2016. Collette directed the production on the Quay for the Town Team, which concluded the day's events.

About Collette Parker

Current projects include:

Collette Parker worked on the Oxford Mail, Cambridge Evening News and TVTimes Magazine early in her career. She freelanced on Daily Express Features, Guardian Education and Elle Magazine. She was Communications Manager at Luminus Group and Media Manager at Anglian Water.

She freelanced for Cambridgeshire Probation Services, Papworth Trust, Peterborough City Council and Care UK, and provided PR for local companies including Abacus Transport Products and Homequest.

She was the arts writer on Cambridgeshire Life, freelance food critic on Local Secrets, wrote property features for Fine & Country, edited the Guild of Professional Estate Agents quarterly magazine, and provided editorial for numerous companies.

Having obtained a degree in English and Drama with Education, from the University of Cambridge as a mature student, she ran workshops for various community education establishments, was artistic director of Ocras Theatre Group for eight years, worked with Menagerie Theatre Company on its Hotbed Festival, and has been engaged on numerous arts in the community projects.
